5. Credit bureau information
With your consent, we or the lender may access your credit report from bureaus such as TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax or CRIF High Mark. A soft enquiry made for assessment does not affect your score; a hard enquiry raised by a lender at application stage is recorded on your report.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete records that we are not legally required to keep.

Access to your information is restricted to advisors working on your file. Documents are stored in access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive documents over unsecured channels.
