This website is operated by Finasar Pvt. Ltd. under the brand iFINTRUST. By using the site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of our service
iFINTRUST is a loan advisory and facilitation service. We are not a bank, an NBFC or a deposit-taking institution, and we do not lend in our own name.
We assess your profile, recommend suitable products, help prepare your application and liaise with lenders on your behalf. The decision to sanction a loan, the amount, the interest rate and all final terms rest solely with the lender.
3. No guarantee of sanction
No advisor can guarantee approval. Any timeline, rate range or eligibility figure we share is indicative and based on the information you provide and prevailing lender policy, both of which can change.
4. Accuracy of information you provide
You agree that the information and documents you share are true and belong to you. Submitting forged, altered or misleading documents is a criminal offence and we will withdraw from any file where we suspect it.
5. Fees
Where an advisory or facilitation fee applies, it is disclosed to you in writing before we submit any application. We never collect cash payments in exchange for a promise of sanction, and we never ask you to pay a lender's official through us.
Lender charges — processing fees, legal and technical fees, stamp duty, insurance — are separate, are set by the lender, and are payable directly to the lender.
6. Calculators and content
EMI and eligibility calculators on this site are provided for illustration. Results are approximations and do not constitute an offer, sanction or commitment. Knowledge Center articles are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice.
7. Intellectual property
The iFINTRUST name, logo, site design and written content belong to Finasar Pvt. Ltd. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but not republish them commercially without written permission.
8. Third-party links
The site links to lender and social media sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finasar Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, from a lender's decision, or from reliance on indicative figures.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
